About the role
Fountain Tire Edmonton Downtown (10180 - 105 St), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as an experienced Automotive Tire Technician!

Responsibilities
- Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels
- Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
- Completing specialty tire work including studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.
- Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
- Keeping yourself and your coworkers safe
Requirements
- Previous tire experience is preferred but training is available for motivated individuals with a positive attitude
- Working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
- Customer-service focus with ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and customers
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
