Under the supervision of the department manager, you will be the first point of contact with our clients. We are currently looking for a bilingual BDC Agent to join our team.
Your goal is to turn every interaction into an appointment opportunity while ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Appointment Setting
- Active solicitation: Contact existing clients to promote our services and arrange quality appointments.
- Strategic preparation: Analyze client history and contribute to developing impactful call scripts.
- Calendar management: Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointment times.
Web Management & Communications
- Omnichannel approach: Respond flexibly to inquiries via email, chat, and text messages.

Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement
- Satisfaction follow-up: Conduct telephone surveys and participate in creating satisfaction questionnaires.
- File management: Ensure rigorous updating of the database and produce monthly activity reports.
- Problem resolution: Document complaints, inform management, and propose solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Profile Required
- Communication: Excellent mastery of French (spoken and written). Ability to adapt speech according to the interlocutor.
- Analytical mind: Ability to detect hidden needs behind a simple online question.
- Diligence: Strong organizational skills for managing follow-ups and reports.
