We are seeking a passionate and motivated BDC Agent to join our dynamic team at Nissan Saint-Jérôme. As a BDC Agent, you will be a key part of our sales process, ensuring exceptional customer service and actively contributing to the growth of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, answering their questions with expertise and courtesy.
- Follow up with prospects and customers, keeping information up to date in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and achieve performance targets.
- Participate in marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain our existing clientele.
- Prepare reports on department performance and propose improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong organizational sense.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools would be an asset.
- Customer service mindset and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
