In this crucial role, you will manage inbound calls and coordinate vehicle maintenance requests, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of client vehicles while effectively managing maintenance costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle driver and vendor calls regarding maintenance and repairs
- Issue purchase orders for expenses beyond approved limits
- Validate repair necessity and pricing
- Enter and track purchase orders and invoices
- Support internal and client teams as an automotive expert
- Build strong vendor relationships and escalate issues as needed
- Resolve supplier billing inquiries
- Participate in special projects
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
