- Review and validate repair orders and pricing
- Recommend maintenance and repair solutions
- Negotiate pricing adjustments and handle warranty applications
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French
- Minimum 2 years automotive maintenance or repair experience
- Customer service skills
- 310S Class Certificate (Ontario)
