Well-established automobile dealership in Laval, Quebec, is looking for a Body Shop Manager to oversee and coordinate bodywork files within the team. We are seeking an experienced individual who can provide high-level customer service and manage internal processes with rigor and autonomy.
Main responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate bodywork files (estimates, repairs, technical follow-ups) and ensure the quality of interventions
- Supervise scheduling, deadlines, and adherence to quality standards
- Communicate with clients, insurers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with various departments of the organization (Sales, Service, Financing, Insurance)
- Ensure necessary administrative follow-ups for smooth operations (quotes, billing, reports, documentation)
