Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team!
Mont-Royal Chevrolet is continuing to grow and wishes to welcome a manager to support the sales department and actively contribute to the team's performance in a professional and stimulating environment.
Main responsibilities
- Assist the sales manager in the daily management of the department
- Support the team in closing transactions
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales advisors
- Perform "TO" (taking charge of clients to close sales)
- Ensure the distribution and follow-up of leads
- Support representatives during negotiations with clients
- Ensure sales targets and team performance are met
- Perform any other related duties associated with the position
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive field
- Management or leadership experience (a significant asset)
- Knowledge of GM (a significant asset)
- Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Results-oriented and customer service focused
