To support this growth and further develop our presence among business clients, we are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Manager. This opportunity will enable you to actively participate in the company's evolution, contribute to the implementation of new strategies, and play a key role in developing our commercial customer base.

What you will do: • Actively develop Magog Ford's business clientele with companies, entrepreneurs, municipalities, organizations, and fleet managers; • Identify and create new business opportunities through cold calling, on-site visits, networking, and referrals; • Establish, develop, and maintain a solid and sustainable business client portfolio within the served territory; • Meet decision-makers, analyze their needs, and propose tailored solutions regarding commercial vehicles, fleets, financing, and after-sales services; • Present and negotiate comprehensive commercial offers including new and used vehicles, financing options, warranties, accessories, and maintenance programs; • Rigorously follow up on business opportunities, quotes, and client files to maximize sales and customer satisfaction; • Develop long-term business relationships by offering professional and personalized consulting services; • Act as an ambassador for Magog Ford at corporate events, networking activities, and business development initiatives; • Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and after-sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience; • Provide after-sales follow-up to clients to foster loyalty and identify new growth opportunities; • Keep prospecting activities, client follow-ups, and opportunities up to date in the CRM; • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities; • Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and participate in developing business development strategies; • Achieve and surpass sales and growth objectives set by the company; • Comply with internal policies, compliance standards, and Magog Ford’s high customer service standards.

Candidate Profile: • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or sales representation; • Experience in the automotive sector, commercial vehicles, or business services (a strong asset); • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams; • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and motivation to achieve ambitious goals; • Results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction; • Good knowledge of computer tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; • Excellent command of French; English is an asset; • Valid driver’s license and availability for travel within the territory; • Professionalism, dynamism, and passion for business development.
