Main Responsibilities
- Welcome clients courteously, in person and over the phone
- Redirect calls and visitors to the appropriate persons or departments
- Ensure a professional and warm customer experience
- Enter data related to vehicle transactions
- Maintain a structured and organized work environment
- Balance cash reports and prepare deposits
- Process customer payments
- Inventory management
- Prepare certain internal documents
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, reception, or sales support role
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
- Good computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism, autonomy, and interpersonal skills
