Job description
Top Gun Formation, operating in the automotive sector, is seeking a Controller to oversee the complete accounting cycle in 100% telecommuting mode. Compensation: $90,000 per year or more, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and preparation of periodic financial statements
- Preparation of year-end file for external auditors
- Management of cash flows and liquidity forecasts
- Preparation of financial and liquidity forecasts
- Cost analysis, margins, and profitability
- Coordination of tax filings (GST, QST, DSA, taxes)
- Meeting deadlines and communicating with shareholders
- Implementation of management tools for KPI tracking
- Participation in improving accounting processes and internal controls
- Collaboration with automotive operational teams to optimize costs and efficiency
Profile Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong accounting experience required; automotive experience is an asset
- Bachelor's or DESS degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- CPA an asset
- Fluent in French
- Proficiency in Excel
- Rigorous, autonomous, and well-organized
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
