Job Description

Drive excellence in automotive quality as a Customer Quality Specialist. You will address customer concerns, lead quality initiatives, and enhance production processes in a collaborative environment. With 3 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related fields, you will coordinate customer issue responses, manage problem-solving processes, and implement quality improvements that directly boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have a diploma in mechanical or quality engineering, ASQC CQE certification preferred, and tier 1 automotive experience is a plus.
