We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who will become a pillar of our after-sales experience. If you are known for your listening skills, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive situations with calmness and efficiency, you will probably really enjoy this role. Main responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints promptly, according to dealership policies
- Implement and maintain a customer satisfaction system for after-sales service
- Analyze reports related to customer loyalty and make recommendations to your supervisor
- Create and maintain harmonious relationships with customers to foster their loyalty and generate referrals
- Establish high standards for customer service
- Follow up on sensitive or problematic customer files
- Analyze satisfaction surveys (CSI) and implement corrective actions
- Manage customer escalations and critical situations Job requirements:
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive or after-sales field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle delicate situations
- Strong sense of listening, empathy, and problem-solving
- Ability to analyze data and propose improvement strategies
- Organization, rigor, and autonomy
- Proficiency in French (English is a plus)
- Comfort with computer tools Working conditions:
