Léveillé Carbur is looking for the best Sales and Loyalty Specialist. Basically, you will be the guardian of our existing clients – those we love! – and you will support them so they always come back to us!
Your role? Be a customer ambassador! This means communicating with our client base, assessing their needs, offering tailored solutions, organizing appointments at the dealership, and more! You will build lasting trust and grow our relationships. That’s pretty cool!
We want someone passionate, positive, and fueled by customer service. Are you ready to take it to the next level with us?
Here’s what you will do (it’s quite simple, but you’ll see that every day is never the same!):
• Communicate with our existing clients to keep the warm and solid connection; • Assess their needs and spot opportunities to make advantageous proposals; • Build and maintain a trust-based relationship – because with us, a client is for life!; • Organize dealership appointments so they are managed quickly and professionally; • Work closely with our advisors and managers to ensure everything runs smoothly; • Contribute to team spirit with your good humor and contagious energy!
You are probably the person we’re looking for:
• You are passionate about customer service – it’s in your DNA!; • You have experience in a similar position (sales, loyalty, or customer relations); • Your communication skills (oral and written) are excellent; • You are bilingual French-English – because yes, our clients come from everywhere; • You have a sharp business sense and can spot an opportunity from 100 meters away; • Teamwork is also one of your strengths; • You know a CRM (Activix a big plus!) and handle the Office suite well; • You are positive, cheerful, and dynamic – even on rainy Mondays!
