JOB OFFER – Floor Supervisor (Hostess)
Permanent position | Full-time | Mercedes-Benz Boucherville Dealership

Do you have an eye for detail, an easy smile, and know how to provide a premium customer experience? Mercedes-Benz Boucherville is looking for a Floor Supervisor (Hostess) to oversee the atmosphere and reception in our dealership. You will be the face of elegance, fluidity, and efficiency from the moment our customers walk through the door.
Responsibilities: • Greet each customer with class, courtesy, and attention • Coordinate floor activities to ensure smooth service • Maintain order, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of the dealership • Support the sales and service teams in their interactions with customers • Handle special requests and ensure a five-star service • Be a true pillar of the customer experience at Mercedes-Benz
Desired profile: • Experience in hospitality, high-end reception, or VIP customer service • Well-groomed appearance, professional attitude, warm approach • Strong sense of organization and prioritization • Ability to manage multiple requests calmly and efficiently
