CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist who loves human contact and wants to make a difference with every interaction!
Your daily life with us**
- Prepare customer files and ensure everything is ready for delivery
- Confirm appointments and ensure impeccable follow-up
- Deliver vehicles (new and used) and explain all features and technologies
- Present the after-sales department and schedule the first service appointment
- Follow up on financial and accessory products
- Answer customers’ questions and ensure they leave 100% satisfied
- Manage vehicle registration with SAAQ and collect final fees
- Follow up on satisfaction after delivery

- Enjoy creating an authentic connection with clients, both over the phone and in person
- Be organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory
