- Proactively resolve customer issues by proposing appropriate solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and services offered by our dealership.
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing tasks independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
