Your Focus Area.

As an estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates. You will work closely with customers, insurance experts, and technicians to ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

What drives your daily work?

• Serving as a point of contact for customers throughout the repair process
• Examining and assessing the customer's vehicle to determine the extent of damage, including structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damages
• Writing comprehensive estimates and supplements for complete OEM repairs
• Inspecting vehicles throughout the repair process to ensure quality control, ensuring repairs meet customer, insurance, and manufacturer standards
• Setting customer expectations regarding required procedures and communicating the repair plan
• Updating and informing customers about completion timelines, costs, and any possible changes in the repair process status
• Complying with all company policies and procedures, good repair practices, legislative changes, and industry trends
• Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients
• Demonstrating and promoting a healthy and safe work environment

The essentials…

• Minimum of one year of experience as an estimator in a collision center
• Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to interact with and gain support from senior management and decision-makers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines and achieve set goals
• Team spirit, high integrity, trustworthiness, and always keeping commitments
• Attention to detail, independence, resourcefulness, and motivation
• Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
