What you will do daily:
Examine damaged vehicles to assess the extent of the damages; Conduct a walk-around of the vehicle to validate observed damages; Take measurements and photos necessary to document files; Prepare detailed estimates for clients and insurers; Obtain and manage repair authorizations from insurers; Order parts needed for repairs; Research and apply manufacturer procedures and specifications to ensure repairs meet standards; Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and the service team; Inform relevant parties of deadlines, changes, or particular situations; Perform other related tasks contributing to the success of operations.
