Job Description Europa Carrxpert Certified Collision Center is currently looking for a Junior Estimator/Estimator in Auto Damage. If you enjoy challenges and want to be part of the largest and most modern body shop in Quebec, come see us.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damages following an incident and produce accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Clearly communicate estimates and recommended repairs to clients and insurers.
- Coordinate and monitor repairs.
- Take clear and precise photos that clearly demonstrate the extent of the damages.
- Order parts.
- Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure quick and quality service.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (auto damage estimation).
- Excellent communication skills in French/English and customer service.
- rigor, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- General knowledge of insurance and vehicle claim processes.
- Familiarity with Audatex, Mitchell, and Progi software.
- Experience with imaging is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
