- Confirm appointments and prepare vehicles according to customer expectations.
- Clearly and enthusiastically present vehicle features and technologies.
- Schedule the first after-sales appointment and answer all questions.
- Finalize delivery by ensuring complete satisfaction before departure. Provide post-delivery follow-up: Maintain a trusting relationship with customers.
