Are you known for your interpersonal skills and enjoy customer contact? HGregoire Toyota Brossard is currently looking for a delivery coordinator to cover a maternity leave.
Schedule:
- Full-time, temporary.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to complete the final documents required for vehicle delivery;
- Prepare, verify, and organize customer files according to established guidelines and procedures;
- Ensure all documents are present in the file;
- Explain the presented documents and ensure the customer's understanding;
- Respond to various customer inquiries professionally and courteously;
- Conduct thorough follow-up on customer files;
- Provide exemplary customer service.
Desired Profile:
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), with intermediate to advanced level, to serve both French-speaking and English-speaking clients, as well as to accommodate our large unilingual English-speaking clientele;
- Experience as a delivery associate at an automobile dealership;
- Excellent stress and priority management skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Outgoing personality and professional attitude;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail;
- Comfortable with various computer systems.
