Hyundai St-Jérôme, a Hyundai dealership located in Mirabel and part of the GENX Groupe Automotive group, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join a dynamic and customer-focused team.

Job Description: This position involves managing and coordinating the delivery of sold vehicles, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. The coordinator will be responsible for the entire delivery process, from documentation to demonstrating the vehicle’s features.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles.
  • Prepare, have signed, and archive delivery documents (contracts, vehicle reports, warranties, etc.).
  • Clearly explain the functions, features, and settings of the vehicle to the customer.
  • Verify the accuracy of documents and ensure the vehicle matches the order and contract.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure effective handover and a flawless customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer files and delivery follow-ups.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a role related to delivery, coordination, or customer service in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly and pedagogically explain technical and functional aspects of vehicles.
  • Organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
