Job Description
Grenier Chrysler Montreal East is looking for a delivery clerk to join its dealership. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience during vehicle delivery, while performing various support tasks as needed by your supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle delivery files;
- Monitor customer satisfaction;
- Handle expenses related to the files;
- Supervise the preparation of sold vehicles, ensuring all chosen options are installed and functioning perfectly (tinted windows, markings, mats, etc.);
- Ensure that any element requiring installation is properly programmed;
- Verify that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner's manual, accessories, etc.);
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries;
- Collect payments due at delivery and tour customers around the dealership facilities;
- Introduce customers to key team members, including the manager and the technical advisor;
- Conduct the vehicle delivery by explaining in detail its features, manufacturer’s warranty, and services offered by the dealership;
- Quickly address customer issues or complaints and inform the sales manager;
- Participate in follow-up and reminder programs to promote customer loyalty;
- Contribute to various customer service-related files;
- Support sales managers as needed;
- Perform any other related tasks as directed by management. Profile:

- Approximately one year of relevant experience in a similar position;
