Ford St-Basile, a Ford dealership located in Saint-Basile-le-Grand, Quebec, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure the delivery of sold vehicles and to assist our customers throughout the entire delivery process.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers.
- Prepare delivery documents and ensure customers sign contracts, technical sheets, and warranties.
- Explain the features, operation, and options of the vehicle, and answer customer questions.
- Verify the condition of the vehicles prior to delivery (cleaning, quick inspection) and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Update customer records and delivery information in internal systems.
- Monitor performance indicators and seek a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in internal training on products and procedures.
Candidate Profile

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
- Team spirit and ability to work independently when necessary.
- Ability to simplify technical information and clearly explain vehicle features.
- General knowledge of delivery procedures and related documents (contracts, warranties); fluency in French; English is an advantage.

- Proposed salary: $55,000 per year, base + commissions totaling that amount.
- Approximately 700 new and used vehicle deliveries per year.
