Elite Ford St-Jérôme, a member of the Groupe Tremblay, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to ensure the handover of sold vehicles and to provide an exceptional customer experience. Based in Saint-Jérôme, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to serving our Ford customers and used vehicle clientele, with a focus on quality and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of sold vehicles, coordinate handover steps with customers and relevant departments.
- Complete document signing and ensure administrative compliance related to sales and ownership transfer.
- Explain vehicle functions, features, and options during delivery and answer customer questions.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and financing teams to ensure smooth and seamless delivery.
- Schedule deliveries, monitor deadlines, and provide effective follow-up with customers after delivery.
- Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery (cleanliness, equipment, manuals, documentation) and the overall customer experience.
Requirements and Desired Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a role related to delivery, customer service, or automotive sales.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills; ability to simplify technical information.
- Organization, attention to detail, versatility, and ability to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive sales documents and ownership transfer procedures.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and good driving ability.
- Availability to work during business hours with required flexibility.
