Used vehicle delivery Specialist Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard — Saint-Léonard Group
Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard, part of the Saint-Léonard Group, is looking for a dynamic and meticulous Used Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join its sales team. This role is essential to ensure an exceptional customer experience and a smooth administrative transition between sale and accounting.
Main Responsibilities The holder of the position will be responsible for the entire delivery cycle, including logistical and administrative preparation.
Delivery and Customer Relations
- Deliver vehicles to customers professionally.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery appointments, required documents, and procedures.
- Present the vehicle to the customer, explain basic features, and answer questions.
- Ensure the vehicle is perfectly prepared before the customer's arrival (cleaning, accessories, documents).
Administrative Management and Follow-up
- Follow up on sold vehicles before actual delivery.
- Open and monitor work orders related to delivery.
- Assemble and structure complete delivery files.
- Prepare and send documents to financial institutions for financing and disbursement.
- Rigorously follow up on disbursements and missing documents after delivery.
Internal Coordination
- Ensure the transmission of complete and compliant files to the accounting department.
- Keep Excel tracking files and delivery logs up to date (payment status, profit, etc.).
- Manage check requests and prepare files for accounting.
Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to guarantee 100% complete files. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Fluent in spoken and written French; knowledge of English is an asset. Valid Class 5 driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.
Conditions and Compensation Salary: Weekly base Variable component: Bonuses based on delivery volume and file compliance. Benefits: Comprehensive group insurance (medical, dental, life, disability) after the probationary period. Full-time permanent position within a growing group. Variable schedule from Monday to Friday, weekends off!
