Job Description
Grenier BMW is seeking a delivery associate to fill a position at its dealership. As part of your work, your mission will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience by delivering vehicles in a professional manner, while performing various support tasks requested by your supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle delivery files.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Process disbursements related to the files.
- Oversee the preparation of sold vehicles, ensuring that all selected options have been installed correctly and that all features are functioning perfectly (tinted windows, branding and badging, floor mats, etc.).
- Ensure that any items requiring installation are correctly programmed.
- Verify that the vehicle is ready for delivery (cleanliness, owner's manual, accessories, etc.).
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries.
- Collect the amounts due at delivery and offer a tour of the dealership facilities.
- Introduce customers to key team members, including the director and the service advisor.
- Conduct the delivery of the vehicle, explaining in detail all its features, including the manufacturer's warranty, the services offered by the dealership and the satisfaction survey.
- Address customer issues or complaints promptly and inform the Director of Sales.
- Actively participate in follow-up and outreach programs to foster customer loyalty.
- Contribute to various customer service-related files.
- Support the sales managers as needed.
