Job Description

Under the supervision of the sales manager, assists sales advisors in closing transactions while respecting the laws, gross profit standards, volume, and customer satisfaction of the dealership. Manages online vehicle listings, updates inventories, and supports the sales manager in administrative tasks. The main tasks are listed below, but the holder may be assigned to other functions.

To perform the following tasks

Welcome customers, determine their needs, and provide appropriate advice
Play a key role in closing sales and delivering vehicles
Actively participate in closing transactions with customers, have a significant impact, and approve completed sales
Maintain continuous and personalized contact with customers and potential clients, ensuring that sales advisors also do so
Uphold the dealership's policies regarding customer service promotion and quality
Stay updated on product news, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits for customers
Support new vehicle sales advisors in setting ambitious but achievable monthly and annual sales goals and provide necessary support to help them achieve these goals
Establish monthly and annual sales goals and communicate them to your team
Manage the commission records for pre-owned vehicle sales advisors
Monitor data, complete various tables, and generate sales-related reports
Analyze customer service and sales statistics reports and make recommendations
Collaborate with the new vehicle sales manager to achieve dealership sales goals
Participate in hiring, welcoming and onboarding, training, and evaluating employees in the new vehicle sales team
Write reports on the progress of trainees or new sales advisors during their training and probation periods
Support the entire sales team in carrying out administrative tasks such as contract tracking, online postings, sales document preparation, and inventory updates
Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships
Ensure that vehicles and the lot are in impeccable condition to convey a strong brand image to customers
Conduct visual evaluations of vehicles being traded in.
