Job Description
We are recruiting for the position of Cosmetic / Car Washer, at Joliette Volkswagen, a dealership of the St-Jean Group located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, in a region proudly rooted locally. Joining our family of companies means contributing to a culture of proximity, development, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for presentation and delivery, both inside and outside.
- Perform basic aesthetic and detailing tasks, including cleaning surfaces, windows, seats, and carpets according to manufacturer procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and report any damages observed on the vehicles.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and support the team during busy periods.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are impeccably presented.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in auto aesthetic work or washing/detailing.
- Good knowledge of car washing and aesthetic products and equipment.
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Good physical condition, ability to stand for long periods, and handle moderate loads.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and proven reliability.
