We are seeking an experienced automotive quality leader to lead and develop the Corporate Quality Assurance function across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Canada. This high-impact role involves shaping quality strategy, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 standards, driving product quality improvements, managing supplier quality and audits, and serving as the key customer quality contact. Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years in quality with 5+ years in automotive quality leadership
- Deep automotive industry experience
- Expertise in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, Control Plans, and IATF audits
- Strong leadership and communication skills
