About the role
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Marketing Director in the automotive sector in Barrie, Ontario. This role leads national marketing strategy for a major consumer brand in the power sports sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national marketing and advertising strategies
- Lead brand positioning, aligning with global marketing direction
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI performance tracking
- Oversee promotions, sponsorships, events, and campaign execution
- Drive dealer engagement and traffic through targeted marketing programs
- Lead the development of sales and marketing materials across product lines

Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Proven experience within the power sports / recreational vehicle industry (mandatory)
- Strong background in consumer product branding and go-to-market strategy
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and campaigns
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
