Chassé Toyota, located in the heart of Plateau-Mont-Royal in Montreal, is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Driver - Valet to join its team. This position is accessible without prior experience and includes on-site training.
Your responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and professionally, assist them with their movements, and manage valet and shuttle services.
- Safely move vehicles between parking areas, service zones, and pickup points, while following internal procedures.
- Transport customers to desired areas (showroom, service, and/or Mont-Royal metro station as needed) and ensure their comfort.
- Perform a quick check of the vehicles' condition upon deposit or retrieval and report any damage or anomalies.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the valet and pickup areas and contribute to an impeccable customer experience.
- Collaborate with the after-sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Strictly adhere to safety instructions, Toyota protocols, and hygiene and safety standards.

- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

- Availability and flexible hours; ability to work as a team and manage dynamic situations.
