Job Description
Subaru Metropolitan is seeking a Driver - Valet to join its dynamic team in Saint-Léonard, Montreal.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and professionally and direct them to the appropriate services.
- Drive and park customers' vehicles in accordance with procedures and safety rules.
- Transfer vehicles between different departments (reception, service, sales) and prepare vehicles for test drives or delivery.
- Perform quick visual checks upon vehicle arrival and departure and report any damage or anomalies.
- Keep the reception areas, parking zones, and workspaces clean and secure.
- Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
- Comply with internal policies, traffic safety guidelines, and company protocols.
- Represent Subaru Metropolitan professionally and contribute to a positive brand image.
Qualifications and Skills
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Fluent in French; basic knowledge of English appreciated.
- Excellent customer service skills and neat appearance.
- Good physical condition and ability to drive and park vehicles of various sizes.
- Reliability, punctuality, team spirit; available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
