Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe, located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec, is seeking a Driver - Valet to ensure exemplary customer service and the safe management of our luxury vehicles.
Job type: Full-time
Main responsibilities:
- Drive customer and team vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures, ensuring safety and courtesy.
- Manage valet, drop-off, and retrieval operations of vehicles with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles before handing over to the customer or upon arrival at the service department.
- Warmly welcome customers, respond to their needs, and coordinate departures and returns during test drives and service appointments.
- Check the condition of vehicles (cleanliness, fluid levels, minor damages) and report any anomalies.
- Keep the key register up to date and collaborate with after-sales service regarding routes and vehicle availability.
Requirements and skills:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record without major violations.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in driving and customer service; experience in the automotive or luxury sector is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, neat appearance, and professionalism.
- Ability to stand, handle, and move vehicles; good physical condition.
- French required; English is an asset; bilingualism appreciated for interacting with a diverse clientele.
- Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and team spirit.
- Availability to work according to store hours, including evenings and weekends.
