Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 98% accuracy in bills of materials and work center master files.
- Coordinate engineering change notifications (ECNs) and process changeovers.
- Develop equipment layouts and process improvements.
- Conduct ergonomic evaluations and support assembly processes.
- Drive process cost reductions and quality enhancements.
- Maintain safety and quality compliance per OHSA, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 5+ years relevant manufacturing experience.
- Proficient with CAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems and safety legislation.
