Hyundai Sherbrooke, Garage Renaud Fortier Inc., a family business established in Sherbrooke, Quebec, is looking for an Experienced Auto Detailer / Washer to join our dynamic team.
Job Description Under the supervision of the service manager and in collaboration with the Sales and Service teams, the Auto Detailer / Washer ensures the impeccable presentation of vehicles and contributes to providing a quality customer experience. You will be responsible for washing, detailing, and preparing new and used vehicles aesthetically, so they are impeccable during test drives, deliveries, and showroom presentations.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and maintain the exterior and interior of vehicles according to Hyundai standards and internal procedures; vacuum, clean carpets, polish surfaces, and clean windows.
- Perform basic detailing tasks and prepare vehicles for delivery or showroom presentation.
- Check the overall appearance of vehicles and report any damage or irregularities to the service department.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized; adhere to safety instructions and recommended products.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a first-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive detailing or vehicle washing; experience in a dealership is an asset.
- Knowledge of detailing products and techniques; attention to detail and ability to achieve an impeccable result.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and team spirit; good customer service skills.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
