Lallier Honda 40-640, a Honda dealership located in Terrebonne, Quebec, is seeking a motivated and reliable Esthetic Attendant / Washer to join its high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean vehicles externally and internally according to Honda quality standards and the dealership's internal procedures.
- Vacuum the interior, dust and clean surfaces, clean glass (interior and exterior), and treat mats and seats according to current protocols.
- Apply maintenance and protective products (light polish, plastic treatments, leather conditioning depending on training) to restore vehicles to perfect aesthetic condition.
- Prepare vehicles for showroom presentations and after-sales services (photos, general appearance check).
- Detect minor damages and report them to the supervisor; maintain a clean, safe workspace that complies with environmental and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
Desired Profile:
- Required experience: 1 year in a similar role (esthetic attendant, washer, detailing) preferred.
- Knowledge of interior and exterior detailing products and techniques; understanding of safety and environmental best practices.
- Ability to work quickly while being meticulous; customer service orientation and team spirit.
- Good physical condition, ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Valid driver's license is an asset; flexible schedule (day/evening shifts and sometimes weekends) as needed by the dealership.
