Based in Terrebonne, we work with exotic, luxurious vehicles as well as standard models, and we aim to strengthen our team with an experienced Esthetic Technician/washer.
Job Description The position, based in Terrebonne, involves ensuring the impeccable aesthetic and presentation of our workshop vehicles, including the luxury vehicles we regularly handle. You will be responsible for performing aesthetic operations with meticulousness and precision, so that each vehicle meets the high standards of our clients and team.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior washes, detailing, and aesthetic treatments with a high level of attention to detail.
- Carry out surface buffing (polishing) to achieve flawless finishes.
- Apply ceramic coatings and other protective treatments according to recommended procedures.
- Make aesthetic color touch-ups when necessary and coordinate with the body/paint team if required.
- Inspect vehicles for defects and communicate any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work environment and organize tools and products according to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle vehicles carefully, especially those with high value or specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar automotive esthetic role.
- Proven skills in buffing/polishing, applying ceramic coatings, and performing aesthetic color touch-ups.
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and a sense of quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management.
- Good organizational skills and adherence to safety procedures.
- Knowledge of automotive aesthetic products and tools, with the ability to use them appropriately.
