VinFlip, a Quebec-based company specializing in the buying and selling of used vehicles, located in Varennes on the South Shore of Montreal, is seeking a Detailer whose vehicle will be provided by the employer. You will join a dynamic team and work closely with operational departments to ensure vehicles are presented flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for sale or inventory by performing exterior and interior washes.
- Perform detailing (deep cleaning, light polishing, shampooing carpets and seats, surface treatment, leather and textile maintenance).
- Detect and report any aesthetic defects and propose corrective measures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and care for equipment and tools used.
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to optimize the visual appeal of vehicles during visits and photo sessions.
Required Profile
- 3 years of experience in a similar role or in automotive detailing.
- Knowledge of detailing techniques and products, and aesthetic vehicle maintenance.
- Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to work quickly while adhering to quality standards.
- Good team spirit, customer service orientation, and reliability.
- Valid driver's license; availability according to operational needs.
