PAG Direct is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a high-volume Hyundai dealership in the GTA. This role reports to the Executive Vice President and is responsible for financial performance, customer experience, people development, and daily operations across all dealership departments. The ideal candidate must have high-volume import-dealership experience, strong financial discipline, and leadership skills. Key duties include managing P&L, building teams, maintaining Hyundai relations, and driving sales and fixed operations while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications include at least five years of dealership GM experience, strong financial knowledge, and knowledge of Ontario automotive regulations.
