We don't need someone who can clean a car. We need someone who can transform one.
At DRIVEN, our vehicles don't hit the showroom looking “good enough.” They need to look brand spanking used—clean, polished and ready to impress the moment a customer sees them.
We're looking for an experienced automotive detailer who can take a used vehicle in real-world condition and bring it back to a high retail standard. Someone who sees the stains, scratches and imperfections other people overlook—and takes pride in eliminating them.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with professional automotive detailing experience who can step in and produce quality work from day one.
About the role
DRIVEN is not building an ordinary used-car dealership. We are building a recognizable automotive brand with plans for multiple locations across Ontario.
Detailing plays a major role in that vision. The condition of every vehicle represents our name, and we're looking for someone who wants to help us raise the standard—not simply meet it.

Position: Full-time, Experienced Automotive Detailer
DRIVEN uses Workwolf's AI-enabled tools to sort and screen applications based on job-related criteria. All hiring decisions involve human review.
Responsibilities
- Complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Deep clean, shampoo and remove stains
- Remove odours and recondition interiors
- Machine polish, buff and correct paint
- Clean wheels, tires, windows, trim and engine compartments
- Identify areas that require additional attention
- Prepare vehicles to a consistent, dealership-ready standard
- Complete vehicles efficiently without cutting corners
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area
- Take ownership of every vehicle assigned to you
Requirements
You are someone who:
- Knows how to properly operate polishers, extractors and detailing equipment
- Understands which products and techniques to use on different surfaces
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Notices the small details without needing someone else to point them out
- Is dependable, organized and takes direction well
- Takes personal pride in the final result
- Can be trusted to finish the job properly the first time
