Remtech Auto Solutions is expanding its field sales team nationwide. We are a remote provider of cutting-edge automotive diagnostics and repair, supporting mechanical and body shops with routine and complex repairs. We offer state-of-the-art tools to aftermarket workshops, helping them diagnose faster, operate more efficiently, and increase their revenue. We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented sales professional to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at national automotive repair facilities; identify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Present Remtech's diagnostic and repair solutions, tailoring the value propositions to the shop’s needs and workflows.
  • Proactively reach out using a combination of in-person visits (as appropriate), video demonstrations, and remote presentations.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline; forecast accurately and hit or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track opportunities, and provide market feedback to product teams.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum three years of outside sales experience; strong preference given to experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in or with a repair facility (service writer, service manager, shop owner/manager) is a big advantage; knowledge of shop pain points and decision-making processes.
  • A proven hunter mindset: persuasive, persistent, and able to close deals on the spot; ability to identify the right decision-maker.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools; willingness to travel as needed.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
