Under your supervision, the team responsible for financial and insurance solutions will guide our clients in choosing protections and financing options tailored to their needs, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and sustainable business performance.
Job Description As Director of Financial Services, you lead the department dedicated to selling insurance solutions, loans, and automotive warranties. You ensure compliance with standards, the training of your team, and coordination with the sales departments to offer simple, transparent solutions tailored to each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the team responsible for financial services, insurance, and automotive warranties.
- Set sales objectives, develop action plans, and ensure results while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Train, coach, and develop the technical and interpersonal skills of advisors.
- Develop strategies tailored to the local clientele and strengthen partnerships with financial institutions and insurance companies.
- Ensure clarity of offers, compliance of files, and adherence to internal policies.
- Analyze performance, prepare simple reports, and propose operational improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and after-sales service teams to optimize the customer journey and build customer loyalty.
- Participate in the development of incentive programs and in managing the service budget.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure high standards of ethics and service.
Profile sought
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to the sale of automotive financial services, insurance, or warranties.
- Proven experience in supervising and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
- Initiative, results orientation, and customer focus.
- General understanding of automotive financial and insurance products, without recourse to technical jargon.
- Ability to work in a team and develop solid partnerships with clients and partners.
Assets
- Knowledge of the local market and the automotive sector of the Acton Vale region.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients and financial partners.
