Responsibilities
- Offer a full range of complementary products and services to our customers (insurance, loans, and auto warranties) and ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Coordinate the financing and delivery of sold vehicles, in collaboration with sales and service teams.
- Supervise and develop the financial team related to financing and insurance.
- Ensure the conversion of online inquiries into sales and optimize financial sales processes.
- Maintain relationships with partner financial institutions and seek opportunities to improve offers.
- Guarantee compliance, customer service quality, and adherence to internal procedures.
- Analyze financial results, prepare reports, and propose operational improvements.
- Participate in training and skill development of team members.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a role related to financial services, insurance product sales, loans, or auto warranties, or similar positions.
- Ability to learn quickly, strong customer service skills, and a performance-oriented mindset.
- Capacity to work in a high-volume environment and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- General understanding of financial and auto insurance products, without the need for technical jargon.
Education and Requirements
- Background in business management or equivalent diploma.
- Secondary school diploma (or equivalent).
- Ongoing training (mandatory) and willingness to undertake available courses and training sessions.
- Ability to demonstrate a quick learner and adaptability to an evolving environment.
