Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager - F&I motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding customers in their financing and insurance choices while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Present financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
- Obtain financing from approved lenders and negotiate conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Propose and explain warranty extensions, insurance products, and other value-added services.
- Process all financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience as an F&I with the Chrysler brand.
- Excellent understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial products to customers.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software and systems.
