Mazda Joliette Inc. is seeking a Financial Services Manager for the new vehicle department. This position is dedicated to the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and demonstrates a strong customer focus, collaborative leadership, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead financial activities related to the sale of new vehicles and oversee the offering of financial products intended for customers.
- Design and monitor insurance, financing, and warranty programs offered by the dealership, ensuring their clarity, accessibility, and profitability.
- Work closely with sales teams and customer service to optimize the buying experience and customer satisfaction.
- Present financial options and associated protections transparently and tailored to each client’s profile.
- Supervise administrative processes and documents related to financing and insurance, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Analyze departmental performance and propose corrective actions or improvements to achieve objectives.
- Promote a culture of impeccable service and compliance within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a role related to the sale of financial products, preferably in the automotive sector or a related field.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Leadership and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
