Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Director / F&I to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding customers in their financing and insurance choices while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. Main responsibilities:
- Present financing and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally.
- Obtain financing from approved lenders and negotiate terms.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Propose and explain extended warranties, insurance products, and other value-added services.
- Handle all financial documents accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the F&I field (preferred).
- Excellent understanding of financing, credit, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial products to customers.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
