At Léveillé Ford, a Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme, in full expansion and located along Highway 15, we are seeking to fill the position of Financial Services Manager to oversee the sale of insurance, loans, and auto warranties. This role is at the heart of our approach to providing our customers with complete, simple, and transparent solutions, while prioritizing human relationships and employee well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team responsible for selling insurance, loans, and auto warranties, ensuring tailored solutions for each customer.
  • Set and achieve revenue goals while prioritizing customer experience and professional ethics.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate advisors to improve their skills and performance.
  • Oversee sales processes and ensure compliance and transaction quality.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to deliver a seamless and coordinated customer experience.
  • Monitor results, prepare straightforward reports, and present progress to management.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of staff.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to optimize the financial products offering.

Desired Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum requirement: two years of relevant experience in the field, ideally in a role related to the sale of financial products and/or team management in the automotive or insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to make clear decisions.
  • Customer service orientation and integrity.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly.

To perform the following tasks

Business development
Customer follow-up
Deal with the financing and leasing of vehicles according to the standards of financial institutions
Delivery of documentation and signatures
Effectively complete sales and rental forms
Ensure that financing and insurance fees are collected
Obtain and verify credit applications.
Payment manipulation during transactions
Revise the sales contracts
Take down payments and issue receipts.
Telephone / email solicitation
