Join the Mauricie Volkswagen team as Director of Financial Services and contribute to the success and growth of our dealership located in the heart of Trois-Rivières. As the leader of our finance department, you will play a key role in managing, coordinating, and developing financing and insurance solutions for our clients, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience in line with our standards of excellence.
Your main responsibilities will include: supervising the financing team, closely collaborating with the Sales department to optimize financing and insurance processes, and maintaining strong relationships with our financial partners. You will also ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards, while offering solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership ability, a keen sense of customer service, and a solid understanding of the automotive sector and the associated financial products.
