Job Description

Drive growth as a Business Development Manager with ACX, Canada's fastest-growing auto collision repair provider. Focus on securing fleet and dealership contracts while fostering existing relationships across Alberta and the Greater Toronto Area. In this immediate full-time role, you'll be instrumental in forming long-term partnerships and expanding ACX's footprint. Your experience in business development and the automotive industry will enable you to effectively represent the company and collaborate with internal teams to exceed partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities with fleets and dealerships
  • Develop trusted relationships with partners and industry leaders
  • Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to generate leads
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
  • Work with operational teams for smooth onboarding of partners

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in B2B business development
  • History of successful deal closures and partnerships
  • Familiarity with negotiating service agreements
  • Proven ability to operate independently across large regions
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
